		<description>Couldn&#039;t agree more. The system should never be more important than the patient, for without the patient, there would be no system! Emeregency treatment on the NHS really cannot be faulted, but once you are part of that system it all seems to go to pot. A simple process of making appointments seems impossible without dealing with more than one person/department. Lets get back to basics, patients not patience.</description>
